The D-Series Remote Control System Solution, launching at 2025 CIIF in Shanghai, introduces several major technical enhancements:
(1) Removable Terminals for Simplified Installation
Zigzaggy push-in installation design with removable terminal blocks greatly simplifies module mounting, debugging, and maintenance. This innovation reduces installation time and improves serviceability.
(2) Redundant Backplane for Enhanced Reliability
The D-Series incorporates a redundant backplane bus design with dual communication channels, significantly improving system stability. This architecture not only increases data refresh rates but also supports module-level fault diagnosis.
While both the D- and C-Series support up to 32 I/O modules per PLC or network adapter, the D-Series achieves a data refresh cycle as fast as 0.6 ms thanks to its redundant communication technology.
(3) Data Visualization and Standalone Diagnostics
Each module is equipped with a dedicated LCD screen, enabling independent status monitoring and diagnostics. This visual interface allows for rapid fault identification during debugging and significantly improves maintenance efficiency.
